The business area is responsible for our business in district heading, green hydrogen, biofuel, e-mobility, Statkraft Ventures, new business development, as well as R&D. We seek to develop and grow business both organically and through M&A. The Strategy, portfolio, and ownership team in New Energy Solutions provides support to New Energy Solutions management and business units within strategy development, investment support and portfolio management, and is asset owner for e-mobility (Mer) and biofuel (Silva Green Fuel).As Senior Strategy Advisor in New Energy Solutions you will be a key contributor to the strategic- and commercial development of our business. You will support and lead strategy processes for New Energy Solutions as a whole and strategy development in the business units (currently hydrogen, biofuel, e-mobility, district heating, Statkraft Ventures, new business development, R&D). You will also support projects for organic and structural growth as well as development, assessment, and optimization of business cases across the New Energy Solutions portfolio.Key areas of responsibility include:Contribute to and drive the development of strategies for business- and commercial development in close interaction with the business area managementLead, participate in and execute strategic projects, driving sets of tasks from problem solving to deliverables, including collecting information from information sources, colleagues and externals, analysis, and synthesis of insightsBreak down complex challenges into individually addressable problem-solving areas or improvable issuesConduct analyses of profitability, performance, and value creation both on project- and portfolio level and monitor and report on development.Present to management and wider organization and be active in stakeholder managementQualificationsWe look for an experienced Senior Strategy Advisor with the essential skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions. That includes:Master/university degree in business, economics, engineering or scienceExperience from corporate finance, management consulting, private equity, or comparableKnowledge and experience within strategy and business development.
