Will you take online learning to the next level in Telenor?
Telenor aims to make a significant step-up on online and blended learning for leaders and experts across Europe, Asia and Nordics. We are now seeking an Online Learning Specialist to take lead on this initiative.
The online learning specialist be process owner for e-learning and learning management in Telenor, and will join us in delivering and coordinating high quality blended learning experiences across Telenor.
You will report to Head of Learning and Development in Telenor Group. The department is responsible for global programmes and Learning initiatives for leaders and experts.
Job description
Be responsible for implementing Telenor’s global Learning Management System
Establish processes for effective learning administration throughout Telenor
Procure and design blended learning for leadership- and expert programs in Telenor Academy
Build eLearning in cooperation with subject matter experts across Telenor
Run global network for online learning experts in Telenor
Be an advisor to Telenor on opportunities, trends and developments in learning methods and learning technology
Qualifications
Extensive experience as process owner for Learning Management Systems (LMS) in a large company
Extensive experience and responsibility for developing interactive and innovative eLearning courses, with particular focus on “soft skills” and leadership
Solid hands-on experience working with development of eLearning courses with authoring software; such as ADOBE Captivate and Articulate
Experience as project manager in cross functional initiatives
Experience as moderator for online communities of practice using social media technology
Bachelor degree or higher. Preferably within HR, Management or Business
