We seek a business oriented Human Relations Business Partner to join our team. We will build a worldwide capability based on organic growth and acquisitions. We are looking for someone with solid insight in organizational development and HR-management. Our candidate should also demonstrate an attitude and willingness to partner with the business units to create our common results.
Main tasks will include:
- Support business functions with multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, employee and union relations, performance management and employment laws.
Implement NOV's global HR strategies for the unit and in partnership with NOVs corporate functions, drive processes and policies with regards to talent & organizational development, talent management and compensation & benefits. - Close cooperation with HR organisation both nationally and internationally.
Job skills:

- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Highly confident in the fields of organizational development and HR management
- Preferably leadership and/or management experience
- Strong team player with ability to think untraditionally
- Curiosity
- Have interest to drive developments and not afraid to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and English
