•Assist the Group Ethics & Compliance Officer in maintaining group wide efficient Ethics & Compliance function
The existing Ethics & Compliance organisation consists of a small unit at Group Level headed by the Group Ethics & Compliance Officer and Local Ethics & Compliance functions in the Business Units. Group Ethics & Compliance is part of Group Legal with reporting line to the EVP and Head of Group Legal and Compliance. Group Ethics & Compliance Officer, together with the local Ethics & Compliance Officers, shall support the CEO’s and Board of Director’s in ensuring that:
The Code of Conduct standards reflect good business practices and relevant laws, regulations and widely recognised treaties
The Code of Conduct is implemented consistently and effectively through sharing of knowledge and measures for quality assurance
Investigation of possible compliance breaches are handled consistently and with high quality
Job description
Assist the Group Ethics & Compliance Officer in maintaining group wide efficient Ethics & Compliance function
Take lead responsibility for conduct of investigations throughout the Group
Provide periodic and ad hoc support to the Ethics & Compliance network
Provide input to Group Governing documents managed by the Ethics & Compliance function
Subject matter expert, IT tools for investigations and digital forensics
Qualifications
University level education in relevant field or police academy
Preferably at least 7-8 years of experience from:
Audit firms, preferably within Forensic department
Defence, law enforcement and cyber-crime investigation bodies
Law firms, preferably within investigative unit
Documented expert competency within investigations and related IT tools
Knowledge of financial information and reporting
Clean record to be submitted on request

Willingness to travel, lead or support investigations abroad, and flexible on timing
Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
Ability to present and communicate concepts and instructions orally and in writing in a structured manner

English (fluent)
