As Dialogue Marketing Manager, Corporate you will belong to Nordea’s Digital Sales & Marketing organisation and have the responsibility of driving digital 1:1 communication to the business segment in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
Sales & Marketing is a unit within Digital Banking; a newly formed division within Nordea, accountable for the entire value chain; from developing, designing, marketing, selling and delivering online and mobile solutions to our customers, in order to maximise customer business across all digital platforms.
The position we offerWe are looking for a senior B2B CRM professional with an excellent understanding of how to plan, develop and execute engaging, personal, relevant and proactive customer communication in all direct digital channels.
You will both build and ultimately lead the new Corporate Dialogue Marketing department, establishing competencies, goals, processes and governance – in order to have a professional and effective team working across the four Nordic countries.
In addition to driving Nordea’s digital contact and permissions strategy to the Corporate customer segment, you will be developing customer dialogue and loyalty programmes in close cooperation with Corporate Strategy & Development. The role will also demand a close coordination with country banking units on proactive sales activities.
You will finally work closely with sister teams within Digital Banking - Digital Sales Corporate, Acquisition Marketing, Dialogue Marketing Household, Analytics, and Solutions & IT in delivering compelling online experiences for Nordea’s customers.
The qualifications you needYou are a strong digital communicator, with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience, with a proven track record of driving results in complex and demanding environments, and of leading a team, ideally in a cross-border/remote management situation.
You have documented experience of working towards the business segment, and have a broad understanding of company decision making processes and mechanisms.
Specific skills
You hold a Master degree in business, marketing or related field. Equivalent years of working experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
You will have extensive direct marketing experience in digital channels (either from a company or direct marketing agency), having previously developed CRM strategies and direct marketing programmes (hereunder lead management, sales, cross-sales and loyalty activities).
You have an analytical approach to your work, understanding data selection and predictive modelling, and are used to development of campaign evaluation techniques. Your approach has been reflected in proven results in driving sales conversion and loyalty uplifts. Your analytical mindset has also been applied in your selection and management of internal and external vendors.
As relevance is a key focus in Sales & Marketing’s communication, experience of working with customer segmentation (strategic, tactical and micro segmentation), customer journeys, and of concept development will be important. As is experience of working within industries with more complex customer decision-making processes.
Finally you can deliver a superior communication of ideas, documentation of plans, workflow management, and relationship building with internal and external business partners. You are fluent in at least one Scandinavian language and have English at business level.
